helping through the unexpected

To breath and to breath in light. Breathing is something we have all had to come accustom to, just depends if we take the right breaths. In life I have felt like I have been breathing for others, taking in there toxins as well as mine. These toxins effected me more than I could ever have thought. Mentally and physically I was a mess, scared and alone for the first time in a while. Being a strong person I filtered through it in my path of being fine. After years of being 'ok' I decided I needed help because I was not 'ok' I was full of breathing hardship, heart racing full filled anxiety that was making me phycially ill. After time with Charlotte I found the keys to my issues that I managed to unlock. Doors I had been afraid of where now so easy to open, welcoming infract. These doors I open now daily with no fear but the hope and challenge that they will make me better. I have a long way to go but I don't fear my path to success.
